How was your first full week of November? Mine was great and I finally whipped out my favorite candle for this month; Leaves by Bath and Body works, and let me tell you I’m grateful for it!
What does this month have in store for us? November is the month that holds the holiday of gratitude; Thanksgiving!
If you’ve been following me for a while, you will undoubtedly know my view and beliefs on gratitude. Gratitude is beyond powerful for our well-being and certainly can begin a positive-upward spiral as opposed to the traditional negative, downward spiral we all know and have been all too familiar with!
I propose a challenge to you. I challenge you to join me in my #NovemberChallenge! Each day, my November challenge will ask you to recognize something (or multiple things) you’re grateful for.
Here are some tips to get the most out of the challenge:
