For those struggling with any sort of Eating Disorder, Body Dysmorphia or body image issue, you may wake up feeling very differently about your body every day. You may have learned to tolerate it most days and you may even have some positive body image days also! Unfortunately, those bad body image days seem to always sneak up!
When these bad body image days pop up, here are some ways to help you get through them!
Additionally, look for patterns in your bad body image days. Was there anything that you think contributed to you having a poor body image day today? Track this information because awareness is power! Once you have this awareness, it can help you to get ahead of it next time!
